Butchering Classes

Chickens: $50 per person

Ducks: $40 per person 

With my butchering classes, I teach you how to clean and butcher each bird. I use the skinning method.

No plucking... no guts... minimal mess. 

Classes are separate so please when scheduling a class date that you schedule for the appropriate class. 

Poultry Butchering

Cornish Cross: $3 per bird

Other Breed Chickens: $5 per bird

Ducks: $4 per bird

Quail: $2 per bird

Over nights drop offs $1 extra each bird. They will have there own coop and run and I will provide them food and water before it's there time to be processed.

I USE THE SKINNING METHOD ON ALL POULTRY LISTED!!!

No skin will be on any of the meat. 

I clean, skin, and separate meat before I vacuum seal meat for longer lasting freeze time. All services required is included in price. It's a 24 hr process and poultry can be picked up 24 hrs after drop off. Its only me so i can only do 10 birds a day so if over 10 no over night fee will be added other than the 1st over night fee the night before processing day.
